Thank you for your understanding.Cassetta Agency has been proudly providing customized personal and commercial insurance to Western New York for over 60 years. Whether it's business or personal, we work with a variety of carriers to personalize coverage to fit your needs, not the needs of one insurance company.
Cassetta Agency humbly began out of Joseph Cassetta Sr.’s home in 1958. Since then, we’ve grown to include two locations in Kenmore and Orchard Park. These days, we may have more office space, but one thing remains the same––we’re a proud family-owned business focused on providing exemplary service to each and every one of our clients.
We offer both personal and commercial insurance, so we can protect the things that matter most to you. With a variety of carriers, we customize coverage to fit your needs, not the needs of one insurance company.
" The Cassetta Agency’s experienced team of professionals consistently provides our companies with the individual attention needed to understand the specific and often complex compliance and strategic requirements of our businesses. They have capably seen us through many stages of growth, diversification and expansion, and their patience level and personal approach to customer service is second to none! Year after year, for more than a decade, we have remained confident that we are receiving sound business advice and the right level of protection; while keeping cost efficiency as a mutual concern. "

" During my tenure at Deaf Access Services and in my professional career, I have never worked with a more responsive insurance provider than the Cassetta Agency. They have been the most reliable, efficient and effective insurance service provider I have ever worked with. Kathy Cassetta is the hands-on owner of the company and Debbie Flierl has been my day-to-day direct contact. Both women are knowledgeable and respected in the insurance business. I am sure they can assist you with all your insurance needs."
